Every project in Telechat has a unique embed key. Copy the widget snippet from Settings → Projects → Install and paste it before the closing </body> tag of your website.
Once installed, the widget will appear on your site and any conversation started by a visitor will show up in your inbox in real time. You can customize the welcome message, brand color, and pre-chat form from the project settings.
